Delivery Information

We aim to get your garden furniture to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery process, timescales, and what to expect once you've placed your order.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £100 to addresses on the UK mainland. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the product and your location. For made-to-order or pre-order items, estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the product page.

Highlands/British Isles 2-5 Working Days

Large Charity or Trade Orders 5-7 Working Days 

Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners, including Evri, Parcel Force, DPD, and DHL.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. For multi-item orders, items may arrive separately, depending on warehouse locations. Where two-man delivery services are required, tracking may not always be possible, but delivery dates will be agreed.

Delivery to Remote Areas
Delivery to certain areas such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight, and other offshore UK locations may incur an additional charge or take longer. Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you're unsure about your area.
